An experience you never want to experience, but if you have to then Furrever Friends is the business to deal with. They are top notch. They handled our pup with respect from beginning to end. When I went to pick him up someone was there to greet me and was very compassionate and sensitive to our situation. When they finally brought him out I appreciated they way they held the bag that his box was in with two hands and not just by the handles as if he was just an object. She shared their condolences verbally and with a handwritten card along with a personalized heart shaped wood tag, a cremation certificate and a nice black bag. Thank you.

I don’t even know where to begin. It’s taken me an entire month to bring myself to write a review simply because of the fact that it’s been extremely difficult for me to accept my baby is no longer with us; and although not a day goes by without me missing and feeling her absence, just writing about it makes me relive that hurtful day. Despite the pain, I am, and will forever be grateful to Heather and the entire Furrever Friends team. From the moment I reached out and explained I had no other option but to put my baby down within the next few hours, to the moment I arrived with her body still warm in my arms, Heather was understanding and compassionate. She listened and felt my pain.

I cannot thank you enough for providing such QUICK and exceptional service. For treating my Two~Two with such care, from her nose and paw print, cremation certificate, to the wooden engraved heart with her name and the heartfelt card Dan included, all helped ease my pain and confirm that I had trusted the right people with my beloved family member.

It’s taken me awhile to get to writing this review but it definitely goes without saying that Heather and her team are absolutely incredible individuals. I met heather though mutual industry connections and never fathomed I would need her services but when I was told the absolute worst news about my four legged companion, Douglas, heather was the first person I thought of and as promised, she was there immediately with endless amounts of care. I cannot recommend this facility and their team enough. Don’t think about it– your search is over, choose furrever friends, immediately.

Thank you SOOOO much to Heather at @furreverfriendslb for literally guiding me through the process of Talula’s final day. She made herself available to me multiple times throughout the day as I had questions and concerns about the process I was not prepared for. She provided me with referrals and advice as to what to do once Lulu passed at home. I felt like these people truly cared for my girl and respected the loss I suffered. She made the costs affordable for me to be able to bring her ashes home as well. I HIGHLY recommend this family owned company for your family pet.

Losing a pet is never easy, it’s like losing your bestfriend:( But when I encountered Furrever Friends they made you feel just like that a friend! First we went there when we lost our baby “Suki” now we’re back again with “Felix.” I want to thank Heather personally for being so caring and respectful with our fur babies! I will definitely refer you to anyone I know! You guys are the best!

I used Dr. Marchi’s at-home pet euthanasia service for my dog Peng-Peng, and he uses Furrever Friends for cremation services.

Sid at Furrever Friends texted me to let me know Peng’s remains were ready for pickup, and he was very kind and accommodating. My family members that live closer to the Furrever Friends facility offered to take care of pickup, and Sid was great about making sure I didn’t need to jump through any hoops to release the ashes to someone other than me (Peng’s owner).

In addition, their service was faster than anticipated – we were told 1 week, and Peng’s ashes were returned to us within 2 business days.

If you are using Furrever Friends, be aware that their pickup times are only during regular M-F business hours (8-5, I think). However, I really appreciate that we could pick up her ashes in person rather than deal with the stress of having them shipped or couriered.
