My Misty died the week before Thanksgiving, and I was devastated. It was not due to illness, so I was in shock and lost. Furrever Friends were the kindest and most loving people I could have asked for to take care of my Misty. From the first phone call to the final pick-up, they showed genuine care, and I thank you all. Especially the lovely young lady who answered the phone and greeted me at the location. The owners here truly care and understand that our fur children are our family members. They have a wide variety of keep sakes for different budgets, but what I loved the most was the paw and nose prints of my baby girl.

Our beautiful girl Nova survived with cancer for almost two years, when her quality of life declined significantly we knew it was time to let her cross the rainbow Bridge, we choose one of their partners (Dr Marchi) to help our baby, we were told that it would be 1-3 weeks before our baby would be ready to come home, less than a week after our girls passing I got a message that she was ready to come home.
Their location is very nice and easy to find, the staff is very friendly, our baby’s ashes were packaged in a nice box with a heart name tag, certificate of cremation and a beautiful card.
Prices were reasonable and I was most appreciative that I was able to pick her up in person.

I am truly grateful to Furrever Friends for turning one of the hardest experiences into such a beautiful remembrance of my sweet Winston. My baby passed on a Saturday night and I really didn’t want to have to wait until Monday to make arrangements. On Sunday morning I gave Furrever Friends a call, and Daniella told me she could take him in that day. I was doing okay on the way there, but as soon as I handed my baby over I got very emotional. Daniella made me feel so comfortable and just kept talking me through the process even though I was starting to lose it a little. She let me know the different options, but wasn’t pushy when I just picked a simple urn. She let me know that bunnies tend to be a little difficult to get their paw imprints done but that she would try her best. The prints came out so perfect. I love everything about the packaging and presentation of the returned items. It truly makes a difference in the experience. It only took around 5 days to get him returned to me. I am so impressed with the efficiency, care, and professionalism of this whole process. Especially for the price. I am not looking forward to the day I have to use their services again, but I will certainly not go any where else. Thank you so much!

I can’t thank Heather and her staff enough for all the care and understanding when I reached out to them for help with Copper. From our initial phone conversation, to our in person office meet, and the delivery of Copper’s ashes, it was nothing short of professionalism with a much needed personal touch. Heather took the time to explain the entire process while also adding personal thoughts and heartfelt words that eased my pain. I knew then that my boy was going to be in good hands. I requested to have Copper’s ashes divided in two separate boxes (one for my daughter) and Heather with out hesitation immediately agreed at no extra charge. The results were two complete packages, with prints, certificates, wooden dog tags, and even personal letters from Heather. I could not be more happier. Heather was very nice and patient with me and my family throughout the whole process. We arrived late after closing hours and she even had a place to be but she was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. This was the only place i was able to find that provided witnessed cremation. We wanted to be there for our dog through his last moments so he wasn’t alone. Everyone here was very kind and compassionate. I truly recommend furrever friends to anyone.

Our beloved dog passed away on January 1st, 2022 and we had no idea on what to do next, who to call, what to do on top of it being a Holiday!. In the middle of me ugly crying, I found Furrever Friends on yelp and gave them a call. I spoke to Dan and she advised she could pick up our dog the next morning and gave us instructions on what to do until her pick up. In a such a difficult and stressful situation Dan and Furrever Friends went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations in their services provided. I had reached out to multiple businesses before I found them, but the fact that they were the only ones that answered my call, gave me all the information needed upfront, made time to pick up our dog in a timely manner, were beyond kind and understanding. I know it was meant to be to find them and I am forever grateful to them for giving my Layla the best care during her crossing on to the rainbow doggy bridge. We miss our dog so much! but Furrever Friends has made it possible to have our Layla in our home again in the MOST BEAUTIFUL Urn next to her paw imprint. Thank you! Dan and Furrever Friends !
