Within the last 6 months, I have had the misfortune of losing my 3 boys and one of my girls. I used 3 previous aftercare services for the first 2 dogs and the one chicken and I wasn’t fully satisfied. I’m not going to lie, Sol was my favorite child and I wanted something different, special for him and I am very pleased that Furrever Friends took care of my baby. They are compassionate and kind and understand these are not pets but family members in their care.

Francini and her husband are unbelievably understanding and caring. They me us in the middle of the night to make sure we got our gone to kitty heaven Eclipse on ice so we could cremate in a couple days. She has also helped us before with a dog. They are always the most sensitive and understanding people, they help so much with their words and actions. Francini has a way of bringing a smile to your face even during grief. I find it incredible that they would have bad reviews and view them with extreme skepticism.

Best customer service, hands down. Compassionate and responsive, they really do care. So many other places don’t even answer their phone (“Leave a message, we’ll get back to you”). When you’ve just lost a pet, you don’t want to be waiting hours for a callback. Call Furrever Friends instead.

Heather and the staff at Furrever Friends Cremations are the most considerate and compassionate individuals. The staff made our Coco’s viewing and last moments with her so comforting. Even up to the time set to begin Coco’s cremation process, the staff showed tender loving care and dignity of our lil mama girl. Thank you Heather and staff for your excellent service during this trying time.

I hope I never have to use this service again, but appreciate the fact that they were here for me when I really needed them. I had never had a cat pass away at home before and didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Both the owner, Heather, and her father were extremely compassionate and sympathetic to my situation.

I actually found the business here on Yelp. When I asked the business a question, the owner got back to me immediately. I actually was able to speak to her over the phone. Even though regular business hours are Monday through Friday, due to the fact that my cat passed away late Saturday night/early Sunday morning, she allowed me to bring the body in that day, first thing in the morning. Her father was kind enough to take the body outside of regular business hours and not try and hard sell me on additional services, etc. That’s what I appreciate the most – not attempting to take advantage of the situation. I couldn’t emotionally go through a memorial service.

Heather was so kind and went above and beyond to treat my precious dog who passed from cancer with respect during the entire cremation process. She was extremely responsive to all my texts and questions. She let me FaceTime to see my dog go into the machine and understood the importance of getting this all done as soon as possible. Thank you so much I highly recommend this family business to treat your pet with kindness in the afterlife.
