My baby Princess left us on 12/28/22 but it was so sudden and we were in a panic of where to cremate her. My sister Jennifer started looking up places and found Furrever Friends. I’m very huge on reviews and especially considering this sensitive and special occasion. We called and Heather was the one who spoke to us. She was very kind and we just got that instant feeling that this was the place we trusted most. At first I didn’t want to cremate my baby Princess because of horror stories I’ve read online. But, as soon as we met Heather, we felt very comfortable. She didn’t pressure us to make any quick decisions and gave us enough time to say goodbye to our baby. I also want to thank Sid because she was the one who gave us our dog’s ashes back and answered every question and concern. My dog’s urn came back perfect, her nose & paw prints, and her clip of hair. It was very fast and efficient. We got everything back on 12/2/22. I was really happy with the overall service. This was really hard, but finding a company who truly cares about a pet’s after care and a grieving family made this process a lot better. I also wanted to add that Princess came in with a blanket and they returned it to us with a bag and her name written on it. Just goes to show you how professional and thoughtful this company is. This process has been the most gut wrenching for my family and I. It’s the worse heartbreak we’ve experienced. Princess was our childhood dog for so many years!! Life feels very empty at times now, but I just know we handled Princess with so much love and grace in her final breaths. Thank you Furrever Friends! May you rest in Paradise Princess. You were the most perfect dog anyone could ever ask for.

Thank you Furrever Friends! Heather, Sid and another young lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) were all so thoughtful and caring. We lost our Precious on January 20, 2023, at the age of 15 1/2yrs old. She was diagnosed with stage 4 heart failure April 2020. We were told that it was extremely rare for a dog with her original diagnosis to continue to improve. We were blessed with more time than the doctors predicted and I’m grateful. I know she lived a good long life however it doesn’t make the loss any less painful. I chose Furrever Friends because of the excellent yelp rating. You can feel how genuine and good natured everyone working there is. We weren’t sure if the urn I chose was discontinued or not. While we waited for the manufacturer to confirm if the urn was discontinued or not Heather texted me other options based on the style of urn that I wanted. She kept an open communication and was always there to answer any questions I had. Heather made me feel confident and secure that my Precious was in good hands. I knew Precious was with people who cared about their job and the family’s that they are working with. After about 1 1/2 weeks I received a call saying I could bring Precious home and in the original urn I chose. Thank you for everything Furrever Friends! Bless you all!

The staff at Furrever Friends returned our baby to us quickly, with a beautiful engraved name tag on the bag that held the box of her remains. When I picked her up, they took time to hear about her and look at pictures. I left knowing that our beloved pet had been treated with respect during her cremation.

It’s not often you need a pet crematorium – but this is a very kind and caring place. I didn’t know what to expect when I picked up my pet’s remains and was met with a very kind man who helped me and the owner who checked in with me. She let me know about urn alternatives I hadn’t considered and clearly understood my feelings. I highly recommend this business.

I loathe this long wet cold winter. Which made it so very precious the warmth coming out of Furrever Friends.
When I first talked to Dani I knew right away I need not look further. On the day Heather went beyond her way to confirm the process. Finally Sid handed us our baby in the most comforting way.
While I’d like to think our baby arranged all these I know it’s these genuinely caring ladies made it all possible without a glitch. This is no easy work by any means.
Sorry if I spell your names wrong but one thing I am sure is my own experience: you’ve taken out so much pain.
