My baby Princess left us on 12/28/22 but it was so sudden and we were in a panic of where to cremate her. My sister Jennifer started looking up places and found Furrever Friends. I’m very huge on reviews and especially considering this sensitive and special occasion. We called and Heather was the one who spoke to us. She was very kind and we just got that instant feeling that this was the place we trusted most. At first I didn’t want to cremate my baby Princess because of horror stories I’ve read online. But, as soon as we met Heather, we felt very comfortable. She didn’t pressure us to make any quick decisions and gave us enough time to say goodbye to our baby. I also want to thank Sid because she was the one who gave us our dog’s ashes back and answered every question and concern. My dog’s urn came back perfect, her nose & paw prints, and her clip of hair. It was very fast and efficient. We got everything back on 12/2/22. I was really happy with the overall service. This was really hard, but finding a company who truly cares about a pet’s after care and a grieving family made this process a lot better. I also wanted to add that Princess came in with a blanket and they returned it to us with a bag and her name written on it. Just goes to show you how professional and thoughtful this company is. This process has been the most gut wrenching for my family and I. It’s the worse heartbreak we’ve experienced. Princess was our childhood dog for so many years!! Life feels very empty at times now, but I just know we handled Princess with so much love and grace in her final breaths. Thank you Furrever Friends! May you rest in Paradise Princess. You were the most perfect dog anyone could ever ask for.
